The Quality Review and Audit Senior Advisor will ensure quality assurance with the team’s processes, systems, and training programs. This person will need to be an expert with data and able to utilize their expertise with data to identify trends and opportunities that will positively impact client outcomes. They will provide consultative support to internal and external partners. This person must have a strategic mindset and be able to think strategically while solving tactical challenges . This person will develop and maintain effective relationships with Sales & Account Management, Technology, Configuration, and Data Analytics teams. They will provide expert-level auditing support to meet our client’s most complex requirements and an expert ability to communicate vertically, horizontally, and externally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Validate setup accuracy of standardized and complex custom benefit design requests in the ESI system. Assist with more complex requests or special projects as needed. Track and report progress to team to ensure deadlines are met.

Perform verification/QA and system testing before implementation and within contractual timeframe agreements. Validate all new, manual, or non-standard setups.

Verify and ensure the accuracy of benefit setup information completed by Advisors and Lead Analysts.

Provide consultative support to internal clients by researching and assisting with the resolution of benefit-related issues. Provide benefit and/or group design analysis and system support. Escalate issues as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree is preferred

2+ years’ experience in a Quality Audit field is required

2+ years’ of Data Management experience is required (Tableau, Excel, Access, etc)

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required

1+ years’ project management experience is preferred

Ability to prioritize, manage workload and successfully meet project deadlines

Must be able to demonstrate initiative and independent thinking

Ability to think strategically while solving tactical challenges

Analytical and logical with advanced problem-solving skills

Financial acumen a plus

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 88,500 - 147,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
