We’re seeking a highly driven, dynamic, Technical Document Specialist to join our team in New Albany, Ohio!Voyant Beauty serves the beauty and personal care industries for leading brands as well as brands in their infancy. Position Overview:
To author, maintain, transcription and routing of documentation required to support manufacturing activities for the New Albany site. If you are a highly motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, competitive environment with limitless potential – Apply now!
Responsibilities:
- Heavy data entry. Transcription of customer specifications to internal templates.
- Transcription of data supplied by R&D to support formulation manufacturing.
- Ownership of inter-company communication for internal routing approval.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Job duties are subject to change based upon the needs of the team.
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to speak and write professionally in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize appropriately.
- Ability to work in a change oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Strong, Consistent and reliable attention to detail.
