About this opportunity
The Quality Data Analyst will reside on the Quality Engineering Team and will report directly to the Plant Quality Engineering Manager within the US 5G Smart Factory (EFA).
What you will do
They will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and implementing information, as well as facilitating data storage processes, creating detailed reports based on their work, and providing conclusions based on their observations. Supporting the Quality team with any systematic access to data in the pursuit of delivering Quality products to our customers. Provide rapid feedback by means of quality follow-up & Act as a key member of the Quality Engineering team to improve production yield.
You will bring:
  • Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes developing an E2E Quality Management System. fixing coding errors and other data-related problems.
  • Data mining data from primary and secondary sources and organizing that data into information that can be analyzed by the quality team.
  • Using statistical tools to interpret and organize the data to highlight trends, patterns, and correlations to production events.
  • The first point of contact for implementing quality hold, quarantining, and systematically containing non-conforming (NC) material when issues are identified.
  • Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
  • Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
  • Provide weekly reports on quality inspections for SMA, FA, and inbound to look at trends and determine if any trends are present between shifts or suppliers
  • Be the point of contact for I4.0 and IT on production improvements including AOI pictures, AOI and SPI correlations, SPC
  • Support production process is needed; (Control Plan, Visual Inspection Instructions, Information Instruction, etc.).

Requirements for the Job:
  • A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Engineering or Technical degree
  • Excellent communication skills and high level or professionalism
  • Thrive individually and as part of a team
  • Have experience in advanced Microsoft Excel and basics of Microsoft Office
  • Experience and proficiency with SQL/Tableau or similar programming languages
  • Willingness to learn new tools, actively contribute to team discussions, and be a change agent for continuous improvements
