DEPARTMENT: Quality Control Dept.
POSITION: Quality Control Technician
REPORTS TO: Project Manager, and Lab Manager
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for Quality Control testing for Lampire products.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Qualification based upon education and work experience.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree, a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is preferred.
- Good communication, and mathematical skills (metric system) are required.
- Windows-based computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding and working knowledge of sterile / aseptic technique is preferred.
- Experience with cGMP quality systems and manufacturing operations.
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Perform Quality Control testing for Lampire Products with the goal of providing consistent, high quality products to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Perform the functions and related duties to Quality Control for Lampire products.
- Perform ELISA, HPLC, Endotoxin, mycoplasma & custom QC testing.
- Data analysis, and reporting.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies.
- Compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and Batch Records (SOP & BR).
- Perform all work in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
