As our Quality Assurance & Training Manager on the Business Insurance team, you’ll deliver superior service to our clients by leading, driving, and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes and technology thereby enhancing financial performance, increasing investment capacity, and managing risk.

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High School diploma or general education degree.
• Requires strong working knowledge of insurance industry practices and agency operations.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint including but not limited to Vlookup, Macros, Pivot tables, etc.
