IMMEDIATE JOB OPENING - QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST – HOUSTON, TX
PAY: $15 HOURLY
SHIFT: MON-FRI 8AM-4:30PM
DUTIES:
- Assists with inspection of all incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy of product and assembly
- Conducts receiving, in-process and final inspections
- Communicates discrepancies with Manager
- Inspect, test, and release lots from quality hold when testing is complete and acceptable
- Assist with inspection of all incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy of product and assembly
- Ensure compliance with QMS (Quality Management System) and customer requirements
- Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections
- Communicate discrepancies with Quality Control Manager/Director
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
