ISN is seeking a QA specialist who will perform QA reviews for all aspects of automated litigation support under the guidance of the QA Manager and Senior QA Reviewer.
Some other aspects of the job may include, but aren't limited to:
- Performing QA reviews for Case Management and Records Management Functions as described above.
- Attending and analyzing coder training sessions provided by Litigation Support contractors.
- Analyzing written instructions prepared by Litigation Support contractors for consistency, completeness, and ease of comprehension, and reporting discrepancies and proposed changes.
- Following established procedures to generate samples for the populations to be reviewed.
- Calculating, analyzing, and recording results of QA reviews.
- Completing logging and tracking forms as to work performed and results obtained.
