Overview

Integral position within a team structured environment. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality delivered to our customers through process development, part inspection, document control, and all other quality-related disciplines.

Responsibilities

· Develop, maintain, and generate CMM programs used to inspect and verify production materials and components.

· Review blueprints and specifications to establish correct criteria following best practices.

· Establish Quality Metrics for Manufacturing Processes

· Inspect Materials at Receipt, Delivery, and In Process

· Identify, Diagnose, and Rectify Technical Issues

· Review Blueprints and Quality Documentation

· Work with Internal Teams to Ensure Customer Satisfaction

Qualifications-Preferred

· Proficiency with PC-Dmis

· Strong Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing Skills

· Knowledge of ANSI/ASME, ISO

· Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

· Salaried position 59,000-72,000/year and up depending on fit/experience

· 80 Hours of PTO year 1, 120 hours of PTO year 2

· 8 Paid Holidays Annually
