We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Rep to join our team to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services.

What you will do:

• Create test plans and execute test plans for all new features
• Run regressions on all releases prior to release
• Triage incoming issues from outside of development
• Create reproducible cases and documentation before entering the ticket for development

What You Will Need to be Successful

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3- 5 years in quality assurance or similar role.
• Experience with GMC and processing automation
• Experience with testing web applications
• Selenium experience preferred
• 4 year degree preferred
• Customer service oriented, excellent written, verbal communication, time management skills and learns processes quickly
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to keep things moving and staying on track
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially word and excel in a project management environment
