Schedule: Full time - 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday

The Practice Research Network (PRN) Qualitative Researcher contributes to the implementation and evaluation of a precision digital behavioral health model and assists with various other PRN research and quality improvement projects throughout our care delivery organization. The Practice Research Network is a collaborative research enterprise based in Reliant Medical Group’s integrated behavioral health department.

Our multidisciplinary team of researchers, data scientists, and clinicians is studying scalable, evidence-based models of care in real world settings to improve the identification of health concerns and develop innovative models of treatment and prevention. As part of this initiative, we are addressing the overwhelming behavioral health treatment shortage by developing a primary care-integrated, digital first care model to increase access to low-cost behavioral health treatment with workflow enabled AI-driven clinical triage support to match individuals to treatment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support and collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify areas where UX research / qualitative research can provide insights, and in developing and executing user research to optimize implementation of digital therapeutics across stakeholders (i.e., patients, providers, organizational leadership)
• Identify appropriate research methodologies, plan and conduct stakeholder-centered research using qualitative methods both in-person and remotely with various stakeholders
• Produce clear, concise research documents, including research plans with clearly articulated rationale behind research questions and aims, moderator guides, and results documentation with conclusions and recommendations
• Analyze, summarize, and present research findings, recommendations and actionable next steps to cross-functional team and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or relevant field experience
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare or academic setting
• Experience using qualitative software (e.g. NVIVO)
• In-depth knowledge of a range of qualitative methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in clinical psychology, industrial/organizational psychology, experimental psychology, public health, healthcare administration and management, health services research, or related field
• 2+ years of postdoctoral research experience in implementation science in healthcare or public health or equivalent experience in UX-research
• Experience in the fields of behavioral health, integrated behavioral healthcare, healthcare technology, primary care, or healthcare services quality improvement
• Experience in digital technologies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop peer-reviewed articles, clear reports and presentations about data and complex issues, and the ability to communicate across stakeholders (investors, leadership, and staff)

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
