A taproom and showcase for long-time Indiana craft brewery Quaff ON! Brewing Co., the Pour House is currently seeking Cooks.

This position pays a seasonal rate of $16-20/hr.

Quaff ON! Brewing Co. (est. 2012) is the brewing branch of the BWQOHT, Inc. brand family, which also includes Big Woods Restaurant Group and Hard Truth Distilling Co.

Located in Nashville, Indiana, the Quaff ON! Pour House showcases Quaff ON! craft beers while also offering Hard Truth cocktails and an appetizer-based menu. Big Woods Restaurant Group conducts operations for this venue.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook from scratch menu items. Use a variety of skills and methods from seasoning to grilling.
• Work under the Chef to help in running the line. Assist in developing and training the line cooks in culinary skills.
• Team up with managers and front of house staff to get meals prepped and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain the kitchen by cleaning, stocking, and rotating.
• Work with your kitchen team to prep, portion, cook and plate menu items.

Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate quickly and professionally with staff, customers, and management.
• Be able to stand, kneel, squat, bend, and lift up to 4o lbs. during your shift.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with fellow site staff members, customers, management, ownership, and brand-family/HQ staff

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
