Job description
The City is looking for an outgoing and customer-service minded person with effective communication skills to be our next PW Maintenance Worker in the Water/Sewer Division.
What will this person do?
Inspect and maintain hydrants, valves, reservoirs, pump stations, and sewer lift stations- Water meter reading
- CCTV inspections and sewer pipe cleaning
- Maintain grounds and facilities
What does this person need to be successful?
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience helpful but not required
- A valid Washington State Driver’s license
- First Aid/CPR certified
- An interest and passion for serving the community
- Understand that this position will be on-call several times a year, and will require work in the evenings, weekends, holidays and respond to emergency call outs
