At Flip, the hottest beauty and wellness e-commerce app, we are looking for a Purchasing Reconcilation Associate to be an integral part of our operations team which makes sure that our products are tracked in the warehouse, manages incoming shipments to verify accuracy, and manages inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Open to Buy platform
• Select products for order
• Purchase Order creation
• Vendor communication
• Manages delivery of products to Flip
• Verifies, reconciles and updates accounts by reviewing discrepancies to produce accurate and credible data.
• Reconcile and Facilitate invoice payment
• Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products
• Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
• Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business
• Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count
• Obtaining estimates and price details from different vendors to compare costs
• Researching the accuracy of product details and testing new products

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in Purchasing Reconciliation
• Ability to use Warehouse Management System
• Update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets
