The Fleet Purchasing and Inventory Specialist is responsible for monitoring, ordering, maintaining, and tracking vehicle parts for our 500 unit Fleet in multiple locations across Pitkin County. Applicants with Heavy Truck experience are encouraged to apply.
The Fleet shop is located on the Public Works campus, across from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport, just a few miles outside of Aspen. Our Fleet team generally work 4x 10 hour shifts from 6am with Friday, Saturday, Sunday off during the summer months. The Fleet Purchasing and Inventory Specialist works as part of a team to ensure continuity of service for all Fleet units. Industry knowledge and prior inventory experience are preferred. Successful applicants will also have records management experience, computer skills and the ability to understand and apply governing rules and regulations. Starting wages/rates are DOE.

Pay: $27.66 - $31.16 per hour
