District Environmental Coordinator (Public Relations)

The Districit Environmental Coordinator (Public Relations) position is an important part of the Burrtec team. This person will be responsible for interfacing with current customers and monitoring service levels as well as striving to bring in new business and generate services. The Districit Environmental Coordinator (Public Relations) role will also assist in planning and coordinating recycling special events and projects along with attending various community meetings.

• Great communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and have presentation and networking experience
• Must have ability to plan multiple projects from concept to completion

Qualifications:

• Valid California Driver's License, required.

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENT:

• Driving, seeing, & hearing continuously.
• Walking, standing, & sitting frequently.
• Reaching, crouching, stooping, bending, & lifting less than or equal to 50 Lbs. occasionally.
• Eye/hand coordination continuously.
• Fingering (typing, picking), holding (grasping), feet (foot pedals), wrist motion (flexion/rotation) frequently.
• Exposure to dust, smoke, fumes, odors, grease, oil, noise, chemicals frequently.
• Exposure to outside elements (hot/cold/rain conditions) frequently.
• Walking on potential slippery surfaces occasionally.
• Works inside and outside.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
