Examples of job duties include:
- Provide feedback to Online Learning regarding
- Online courses with topics such as navigation, ease of use, course materials, assignment length, etc.
- Online student outreach for OLRCs to be able to respond to online students’ needs appropriately
- The student perspective on OL SharePoint pages, forms, communications, workshops, videos, and other student facing resources.
- Assist with outreach, events, trainings, and webinars that are focused on online students.
- Provide general academic resource contact information and referral information about HCC and Online Learning Hub.
- Work as a team member of both, students (SGA) and Online Learning Staff, in promoting Online Resources to students and campuses (via activities)
- Monitor events for students throughout the college that can lead to an opportunity to connect students to Online Learning support.
- Attend OL and OLRC meetings regularly to provide student perspective and progress on projects.
- Maintain confidentiality where required.
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor
