We’re searching for a Service Expert to join our A-Team and be the face of the brand and a top-notch representation of our location!

You're passionate about fashion, the Brand, and the CUSTOMER.

You will support the Leadership Team by driving results, deliver best-in-class service and educate customers on our loyalty programs.

Your success will be measured by NPS (driving in-store customer survey responses,) driving Gap Inc. Loyalty results (Free Rewards Program and the Gap Credit Card,) and building Team moral and culture (through Back of House Posters, Employee recognition/Monthly spotlight, community involvement, driving/hyping in-store/Co directed competitions.)

You will have basic Managerial functions and be responsible for opening and or closing of the store.

We are accepting applicants who have previous selling experience (luxury or commissioned based jobs are a plus) and have 4 day minimum availability - including both Saturdays and Sundays.
