Job Summary

Pittsburgh, PA | Fox Chapel

• Start Date: ASAP, but can wait for the perfect person to start
• Hours: Part-time flexible hours that fit best with the nanny's schedule, preferably 4-hour shifts a few times a week, weekdays between 12-7 pm with the possibility of extra shifts. You can add more hours to your schedule up to FT hours through our on-call service.
• Hourly Rate: $20-22/hour with the opportunity to quickly increase up to $30/hour if the nanny can make a long-term commitment
• One-11-Month Old

Responsibilities and Duties

• WHO/WHAT: One of our sweet families is searching for their own version of Mary Poppins! We've been helping this family through our on-call service this month and they have quickly become a favorite of nannies! We've been told whoever works with them will be extremely lucky! We'd love to find them consistency. This precious family of 3 is hoping for a kind, loving, and energetic team player that can expertly handle a soon-to-be toddler! While Dad works mostly from home, Mom will be in and out running errands and managing the household alongside the nanny. This family can be very flexible offering hours that work best for their nanny. This family would love a nanny who realizes that their role within their home is to care for and love their son with their whole heart, taking each day at a time and enjoying all the little things together with him.

You are relational and personable, able to celebrate your working family’s accomplishments, joys, and success with them. You’re reliable, helpful, and flexible, able to give your all to your employers while pursuing the best interests of their precious baby. You’re able to spot what needs to be done around the house, using your time wisely during the day to help wash some dishes, switch up the laundry, wipe down the counters, etc. Both parents look forward to a fantastic working relationship with their nanny, allowing her into their home and hearts with abandon! We believe that the nanny working for this family will truly enjoy and thrive together with them and will experience the rewards that a fulfilling nanny career can provide!

Requirements and Benefits

• Nanny must have a driver's license, vehicle, and a clean driving record

• Nanny MUST have previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.
