Med Management Associates has partnered with Deer Oaks Behavioral Health to provide the highest quality psychiatric and psychological services to the growing senior population in nursing homes and assisted living communities. Med Management Associates is seeking a Psychiatrist to join its team in:

Kansas City, MO

Our Psychiatrists work in nursing homes as a part of a multi-disciplinary team that include , psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and nursing home staff members. Our Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management, in an interdisciplinary team, to ensure our combination of therapy techniques and medication are used for the best patient outcomes. Also, as a psychiatrist with Deer Oaks Med Management Associates, you will provide supervision to our Nurse Practitioners.

Responsibilities

Our Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management, in an interdisciplinary team, to ensure our combination of therapy techniques and medication are used for the best patient outcomes. In some cases, our Psychiatrist will provide supervision for our mid-level clinicians, or a combination of supervision and assessments.
