Summary Of Responsibilities
The Provider Recruiter reports to the President of United Digestive and will oversee physician recruitment and support the full scope of recruitment for provider services. S/he will lead the physician recruitment strategy and framework enabling United Digestive and affiliated practices to attract, engage, evaluate, hire, and retain the exceptional talent needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
Essential Duties

• Partner closely with physician leadership and operational leadership to advance physician recruitment objectives and deliver a high-quality experience for all candidates.
• Maintain accurate reports regarding the daily operation of physician recruitment.
• Demonstrate flexibility and availability to scheduling physician candidate visits to perspective affiliated offices, with accommodation to physician’s schedule.
• Provide timely follow up with physician candidates throughout the recruiting process including offer, negotiations, relocation, contract signing.
• Develop strong relationships with physician candidates and effectively maintains contact and communication.
• Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, executive leaders, and external vendors to maintain a high level of effectiveness in the recruitment process.
• Conduct training and education on the provider recruitment process and actively work to streamline the workflow to increase new hire acquisition, improve talent pool, and minimize time to fill.
• Display a strong business acumen and a working knowledge of healthcare and human resource trends.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must bring 2+ years of demonstrated leadership success in provider recruitment, as well as relevant recruitment experience within a healthcare organization.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with proven experience in both onsite and virtual presentation
• Strategic, creative, and collaborative leadership profile; high-energy with strong work ethic and high expectations in performance
• Experience facilitating effective change at a broad scale, taking initiative, and driving results
• Goal-driven, well-organized, systems-oriented, data-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Travel 10% -20% as business needs require.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration a plus.
• Knowledge of provider credentialing preferred
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Paycom, Salesforce and managing KPI is highly preferred.
