Foxfire Property Management, a Concord, NH based company is seeking a self-motivated, experienced and dedicated customer service oriented Residential On-site Property Manager for a Nashua property to maximize the net operating income of the property by providing professionally comprehensive quality property management. The Residential On-site Property Manager is responsible for all activity that involves or has a bearing on the property including marketing, finance and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management and will have exceptional analytical and communication skills. The Residential On-site Property Manager must be hands-on and able to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis; demonstrate superior written and oral communication skills; strong financial management skills; proficient at working with contractors and multitasking abilities. Candidates must be able to prioritize and follow through well.

Interested applicants must have favorable results on the criminal background check, drug test (we no longer test for marijuana) and pre-employment physical. CPM preferred.
