We are currently hiring for someone reliable and knowledgeable to fulfil the role of Property Manager to manage and operate two properties in our South Metro Portfolio - one located in Eagan, MN and the other in Newport, MN.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Establishing professional and consistent communication with residents
• Understanding or becoming familiar with and knowledgeable of federal, stat and local laws and regulations as they relate to Fair Housing, the management of the property and the needs of residents.
• Managing team(s) to ensure success in full operation of properties as it relates to marketing/leasing, tax credit compliance, maintenance, resident relations, internal relations, financial performance, office procedures, and site supervision and leadership to associates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Rent Café experience
• Yardi experience
• Tax Credit experience
• 2-4 year degree and previous experience in property management
• Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Resident Apartment Manager (RAM), Licensed Real Estate Agent, or similar designation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move 30 pounds
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive a motor vehicle
• Ability to walk steps and do regular inspections
• Primarily indoor work, but does include some outdoor work, too

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
