Fogelman is growing in the Memphis market and interviewing Property Managers for their communities. Must possess a minimum of 5 years of property management experience with 3 years as a Property Manager on a 250+ unit conventional property. The ideal candidate is a proven leader, strong with marketing and leasing, understands financials, compiles accurate monthly reporting, can communicate well and oversee overall operations for the community.

Property Manager Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager with 5 years of multi-family industry experience
• Proven record of exemplary supervisory experience, leading a team by example and training/hiring new team members
• Excellent communication skills with team members, vendors, owners and residents
• Ability to manage property operations, maximize rental income and minimize expenses
• Understands financials, can complete variance reports and budgets, as well as monthly projections
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintains professional appearance and effective communication
• Communicates consistently with Ownership in meeting property goals
• Well versed in practices, policies, and procedures for the multifamily industry
• Creates a welcoming environment for potential residents, current residents, and team members.
• Experienced with Yardi
• Superior organization skills and record keeping
