Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the daily operations of our facilities, including repairing, replacing or installing building components. Our company is looking for skilled professionals who are committed to our mission, are detail-oriented and have experience with a variety of maintenance procedures. Looking for a great crew member to join our team. We are seeking a skilled maintenance personnel to assist with unit remodeling and turns, as well as general maintenance work on multi-family properties throughout the Twin Cities. Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring technical labor skills at 4 properties.

Responsibilities:

• Inspects, operates, or tests machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Dismantles machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts.
• Performs routine maintenance.
• Diagnoses mechanical problems and determines how to correct them.
• Repairs machines, equipment, or structures.
• Maintains or repairs specialized equipment or machinery.
• Assembles, installs, or repairs wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
• Orders parts, supplies, or equipment.
• Plans and lays out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
• Performs general cleaning duties of buildings or properties.
• Records type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as troubleshoot plubming and electrical issues, replace/repair door locks, repair doors/windows, monitor building temperatures, move/repair appliances, snake drains, repair toilets, check on boilers, pest control, landscaping, and other general repair tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
