Who we are:
Enola Property Management is a privately owned property management company. We have been business for over 35 years, providing quality rental units to our renters in the Pittsburgh market.
The big task:
- To maintain and enhance our properties as needed.
Skills for success:
- Must have a Valid driver's license.
- Must own their tools.
- Must have a truck or a van, that can haul 4X8 sheet material.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures outside like landscaping, snow removal, and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)
- Prepare vacant apartments for new renters.
- Flooring, roofing,& painting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
