We are currently accepting applications for a full time Property Maintenance Assistant with our Maintenance Department.
Qualifications:
§ A minimum of two (2) years in the repair and/or general maintenance field
§ Ability to work effectively as a team member and in a community minded spirit is a must
§ Able to manage list of tasks and make decisions based on priority
§ Understand units of measurement to the 16thof an inch
§ Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentage calculations as needed for job function
§ Valid and Clean DMV record in order to operate company vehicle(s)Working knowledge of a wide variety of tools
