Position Summary:
The Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising large projects from developing the scope of work, projecting costing and bid, and collecting all deposits to completion including material purchases, equipment, labor, scheduling and execution. Must be able to travel through and around Atlanta, GA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Will produce proposals for inside and outside projects and deliver to customers in a timely and organized fashion.
  • Promote and sell services of the plumbing division, lift station and commercial and septic installations to current and new customers.
  • Will collect all deposits for commercial and residential projects and all final payments for residential projects.
  • Will order supplies needed to complete projects.
  • Will coordinate all equipment and labor needed to complete the projects.
  • Will schedule and track progress of all projects.
  • Any other reasonable task assigned within ability by Manager.

  • Reasoning Ability – Ability to collect data, define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Active Listening – giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Communicating – Effectively providing information to clients, supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
  • Critical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Monitoring – Monitoring/Assessing the performance of technicians to make improvements or take corrective action.
  • Judgment & Decision Making – Considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to make the most appropriate decision.

Minimum Education / Experience / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (Bachelors Degree preferred)
  • Five plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in industry.
  • 5 plus years with direct responsibility managing a team of skilled and unskilled workforce
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software – Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Self-starter who can drive accomplishments
  • Strong customer (operations) focus
  • Understanding and experience in driving a safety culture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to meet physical demands evaluation
