Mass Transfer Systems is the world leader in the design and supply of jet aeration and mixing systems to industries and municipalities throughout the world. The majority of our products consist of “engineered systems” for biological and waste treatment processes and a variety of industrial mixing application.

Our Project Manager will be involved from sales order to close out for multiple projects simultaneously This position will communicate effectively with internal and external customers fulfilling highly customized solutions. The position will draw on your professionalism, attention to detail, ability to meet multiple deadlines and interest in working in a growing organization.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following experiences and skills:

• Strong skills in reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
• 5+ years construction jobsite and/or estimator experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and manage vendors.
• Manage purchasing, finances, budgets, and staff.
• Create submittal drawings and packages.
• Create fabrication drawings.
• Experience with rotating equipment such as pumps and air blowers.
• Ability to travel for field service.
• Absolute ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with PLC controls
• Water/Wastewater experience
