Sunbelt Sports Construction, a premier athletic track builder & specialty surface contractor in the Southeast is seeking a Project Manager based in North or South Carolina.

Sunbelt Sports Construction is a division of Sunbelt Asphalt Surfaces a privately held company founded in 1996.

We are experts in the planning & construction of the most advanced sports facilities in the Southeast, with a focus on athletic running tracks.

Davidson University

Responsibilities:

Managing 15-20 Projects per year in South & North Carolina (extending to other points in the southeast at times).

Typical Project Size: $500 - $1MM

Typical Project Duration: 30 - 45 Days

Managing In-house grading crews, asphalt paving crews & concrete subcontractors.

Required:

Ability to read & understand plans & specifications

Understand critical tolerances & elevations

Knowledge of Concrete Installation

Detail Oriented multitasker with the ability to use basic technology; email, microsoft office, google sheets etc.

Preferred, but not required:

Project Management Experience

Milling, Asphalt & Stone Base Installation

Certified Track Builder - American Sports Builder Association

Compensation:

Base salary of $80 - $100k (based on experience)

Quarterly Bonus up to 20% of base pay
