Job description

The successful candidate will have a degree from a 4-year university, in the construction/ building sciences or engineering. The PM will have preferrably 3 to 5 years of experience with multifamily or mixed-use construction preferred, with a commercial contractor or develop with construction project management systems such as Procore, P6 or similar systems. This candidate must be able to multi-task, be a team player, self-starter, with excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

The Project Manager (PM) reports directly to the Sr. Project Manager, or Director of Operations and is in continuous collaboration with the Project Superintendent. The PM is expected to acquire complete knowledge and understanding of all construction management systems and Reporting Procedures utilized by the Company. Coordination and maintain all correspondence to the Owner, management team and design team including regular reporting, RFI’s, proposed changes, etc. Updating and monitoring the Project Management Plan, developing monthly and bi-weekly Progress Reports for submittal to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis until buy-out is complete. Reviewing sub-contractor, vendor and supplier bid proposals, and awarding contracts in collaboration with the Project Superintendent and Director of Operations.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
