About the Role:

Problem Solving, Plan Development, and Execution

• Process a wide variety of inputs to solve complex business problems and document options
• Analyze systems and processes and develop plans to improve them
• Develop and maintain project plans from inception all the way through testing and implementation
• Organize project activities into discrete and sequential work efforts for project team members
• Track, monitor and report on project activities; update and communicate upcoming due dates
• Proactively identify project risks, suggest solutions, and communicate with stakeholders
• Plan, lead, and facilitate internal project meetings
• Coordinate deliverables across stakeholders while also working independently on deliverables
• Review results of projects to identify and communicate efficiencies and obstacles for future projects

Creating Supporting Documentation and Guidance

• Create supporting materials such as weekly status report, meeting agendas, minutes, etc. as needed
• Assist with testing and training activities by developing workflows, technical requirements, and supporting documentation as needed
• Present technical information in a written form that is clear and understandable to the intended audience

Requirements for This Role:

Ideal candidates are bright, outgoing, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and can easily switch gears across projects and deadlines. They are exceptional at identifying issues, solving problems, and working with others to achieve a goal.

General

• Strong ability to manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to get results within a matrix organization
• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously

Technical

• Skilled with Excel and PowerPoint, some experience with Visio, SmartSheet, or similar products
• Must be able to understand technical architecture and communicate with technical teams

Experience

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and in scope across multiple initiatives
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and project stakeholders
• Three to five years relevant project management experience
• Healthcare experience preferred
