Position Overview

SBG is a specialized unit that leads DAI’s engagements with clients in the private sector. Our team advises companies on how to optimize their local supply base and labor force, demonstrate their long-term commitment to the country’s development, and become a trusted partner for government through initiatives in local content and corporate social investment. Technical focus areas include economic and policy analysis, supplier development, entrepreneurship, innovation, youth empowerment, education, and environmental sustainability.

The Supplier Management Portal (SMP) is used by multi-national companies to facilitate local spending on large capital projects and track positive impact on local economies throughout the world. It is a cloud-based platform that connects large-scale buyers to local small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This solution is developed and backed by DAI’s industry-leading experts in local content, leveraging decades of knowledge, insight, and experience in how local content is measured, monitored, reported, and analyzed. Serving both existing and prospective clients, the Project Manager will lead and contribute to the SMP platform, including overall management, client relations, and subscription management.

Responsibilities

Project Management

· Drive customer outcomes, product adoption, and customer experience using project management techniques.

· Capture client and market insights to inform product development and management efforts.

· Understand client needs and work closely with client teams to gather and prioritize client feedback to drive innovation and increase client adoption and retention.

· Lead market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities.

· Manage the development of the SMP SaaS website prioritizing SEOs and platform education.

· Create and maintain foundational digital platform documentation.

Client Relations

· Address escalated customer issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company and partners as appropriate.

· Serve as the primary interface between the customer and product, ensuring customer feedback and issues are brought back to the director in a timely manner.

· Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements and lead problem-solving efforts to identify and remove obstacles.

· Manage third party procurements and subscriptions that support the SMP product

· Lead client demos to showcase SMP and its various functionalities.

· Provide as-needed support to existing SMP client needs including technical assistance

· Oversee SMP configurations, set-up, and training across current and future client portfolio.

· Develop and present regular updates to SBG cross-functional teams to surface and test product concepts, features, and enhancements.

· Work with DAI’s technical experts to manage instance-specific technical configurations, specifically for the Reporting Function.

· Contribute to the financial monitoring and implementation of client contracts.

Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Qualifications & Skills


Minimum Requirements:

· Grade P5: Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience (Enterprise Software industry or related field) and a college degree (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred). Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

· Prior client facing experience, demonstrating the ability to solve and communicate customer problems, turn it into solutions, manage client roadmaps, etc.

· Excellent enterprise-level Customer Project Management or Program Management experience, including exposure to the software development lifecycle.

· Ability to write thought leadership content to drive product adoption and education.

· Self-starter who works well with sales and technical staff on diverse and blended teams. Demonstrated success serving on a team of individual contributors.

· Successful track record of meeting or exceeding customer key performance indicators (KPI) and expanding offerings with clients.

· Passionate about building great products, driving long-term customer success and solving customer and business problems.

. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex or technical information clearly, and tailor communication style to diverse audiences.

· Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, create inclusive work environments, and work effectively within a culturally diverse environment.

· Able and willing to travel to any country where DAI currently operates or may wish to operate barring times when DAI Global Security has deemed travel unsafe (up to 20%).

· Able and willing to adjust work schedule, if needed, to support teams located in different time zones/countries.

· Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred, but not required:

· Experience with Agile Project Management.

· Proven ability to develop compliance documentation and translate them into software solutions.

· Proven track record of expanding offerings with clients.

· Demonstrated progressive customer management experience working in a subscription-based Enterprise Software company.

· Professional technical certifications in project management, security, DevOps, programming, etc.

· At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

For employees working the United States, the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $87,931- $112,171. Salary for part-time employees will be prorated based on actual hours worked. Actual offers will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Eligible U.S. based employees, will be able to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance, plus a 401(k)-retirement plan with a company match. Additionally, employees will be eligible for company-paid annual leave (vacation & holidays), sick leave, parental leave; as well as short- and long-term disability coverage. Detailed information will be provided at the time a formal offer is extended.

For employees working outside of the United States, compensation and benefits will vary based on location.
