Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Global Program Manager for a global program, coordinating and managing existing sub-work streams
• Development and implementation of a project roadmap, incl. communication and change

activities, providing a framework for local implementation

• Using exiting communication channels to communicate the program, create excitement and provide supporting materials
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, such as the executive management team, HR, Real Estate, IT on a global & local level
• Definition of supporting material such as training offerings & change management to enable leaders and employees working in a hybrid environment
• Identify and implement a solution to track Persona Work
• Create network of ambassadors
• Development of an implementation toolkit for local execution
• Support of the local organizations to roll out the program

Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of successful project management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Strong ability to influencing & collaborate without direct reporting relationship
• Executive focus, successful collaboration with executive stakeholders
• Comfortable working and collaborating in a global matrix organization
• Work independently, pro-active driving of topics, excellent communication and partnering skills, flexibility in adapting to changing environments
• Comfortable in navigating in fast paced, ambiguous and changing environments
• Leading global cross-functional programs
• Proficiency in German language preferred
