Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

SUMMARY:

We are looking for someone to oversee ramp evaluations and installations for the Commercial Access division of National Ramp. The primary function would be to ensure that installations go smoothly as per the customer specifications and to be able to adapt on the fly as changes arise.

Another primary function would be to work with our installation network coast to coast to coordinate installs and oversee projects. Occasional travel may be required.

Some projects may require site visits to review certain specifications of the customer as well as specify what will be required to meet and exceed all codes requirements.

This individual will also manage our fleet of rental ramps and ensure that material is cleaned and put back into inventory to be ready for the next project. All transactions will need to be recorded in our ERP system to keep “live” inventory up to date.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Oversee and manage the installations for Commercial Access
  • Do site evaluations and take accurate measurements on technical projects when needed
  • Occasionally install ramps with a helper for the first year to achieve better product understanding
  • Manage a small team of installers
  • Communicate and manage installation schedules
  • Update customers, as needed, on job progress
  • Find and recruit installation subcontractors
  • Talk with customers to figure out the best solution to make for a perfect install every time
  • Previous experience working with metal or wood

ADDITIONAL POINTS:

  • Be an “outside-the-box” problem solver
  • Knowledge or background in the construction industry
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to run multiple projects at once
  • Able to travel distances and stay in a hotel if necessary

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years similar role experience
  • Experience with ERP system/ inventory management software
  • Customer focused
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
