JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager - Stations captures the majority of the remaining construction projects not covered for detailed monitored risk-based monitoring spanning over 4 capital programs:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calculates cost and schedule contingency indexes and schedule variances every quarter
• Perform reviews and finalizes back and forth with all agencies over a 2-month period (every quarter)Perform schedule and cost analysis.
• Perform monthly project reviews that are presented to MTA OCO and upper-level management at C&D.
• Perform site visits.
• Attend project monthly meetings, schedule, technical, planning.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related. Advanced degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Construction is a plus.
• Minimum 15+ years of related experience monitoring station projects.
• Prior experience supporting MTA projects is required.
• Possess strong verbal, written, presentation and excellent client management skills.
• Excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize competing project obligations.
• MS Office Suite

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,457.60. This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.
