Requirements

Project Manager: This is where you come in.

We’re looking for a Detailing Project Manager to oversee all aspects of the Construction VDC process from conception to completion. This includes ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients, stakeholders, and team members. The Detailing Project Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to develop and implement innovative solutions that optimize project outcomes. Top things to deliver in the first year to be a hero:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute project plans that meet project requirements.
  • Actively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project from conception to completion.
  • Attend coordination/clash resolution meetings, ensuring deadlines are accurate and on target. Pursue resolution to any discrepancies or missing information.
  • Manage the development and delivery of project documentation, including progress reports, models, and construction drawings.

The Detailing Project Manager role reports to Henry Lewellen/ Detailing Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have…

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Virtual Design & Construction work and familiarity with a variety of HVAC and plumbing system designs Expertise keeping projects on track, on time, and under budget
  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering or other education and/or experience by which a reasonable understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems has been gained.

Benefits

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 per year.
