Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Project Management Assistant, you are responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Team to help achieve overall project objectives.
- Maintaining project timelines tracking project financials
- Building and implementing reports conducting research
- Collecting data
- Managing files
- Presenting materials
- Communicating with project leaders and project team members
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 1 year of experience working in advanced levels of Microsoft Excel
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar field (Nice to Have)
- Eligibility Requirement: US Citizenship Relocation to the Rocket Center, West Virginia area (near La Vale, MD/Keyser, WV
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are required
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 2 years of experience working in advanced levels of Microsoft Excel
- At least 2 years of experience writing technical documents
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar field

The compensation range for this position is based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
