Job Description: Project Laborer

Robert Green Residential is looking for an experienced project laborer to work on a large, long-term project in La Quinta, CA building high end luxury branded hotels and residences. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the construction of wood frame single story residences, hotels and/or multifamily projects.

Reports To: Project Superintendent and/or Laborer Foreman

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Highly developed sense of personal morals and professional ethics

· Ability to take direction and work as a valued team member

· Ability to work independently and complete assignments according to required work schedule

· Maintain a clean jobsite

· Pick up tools and equipment and secure the jobsite each day in order to eliminate potential hazards

· Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used on residential/commercial construction projects

· Able to operate a water truck and other standard construction equipment

· Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding and other temporary structures

· Load/unload trucks and haul/carry materials

· Assist with traffic control

· Available to work overtime and weekends when required

· Reside in La Quinta, CA, or Coachella Valley

· Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

· Valid Driver’s License required

· Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred

· Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
