XL.net is looking for an experience Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m CST.

Individual Responsibilities:

• Experienced Project Engineer with deep background on servers, networking, virtualization, Microsoft cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Detailed focused running multiple small projects in parallel
• Overall management of the Project Delivery team
• Directly communicate with clients and other departments in terms of the project details
• Manage different stages of active projects from start to finish
• Tracking, measuring, and fast-tracking project delivery
• Leading and managing the statement of work creation and delivery processes
• Creating detailed documentation and procedures
• Vendor coordination with milestone management
• Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status
• Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals
• Maintain a good working relationship with clients
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner
• Other tasks that may be assigned in relation to the job

Technical Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a Technical Project Engineer
• 4+ years’ experience providing project management
• With at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Preferably with a degree in a relevant or related field
• Certifications preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Decision making ability and leadership skills
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
• Time management and organization skills

• High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal, written, telephone and customer service skills
• Desire to continually learn and improve their skill sets
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must have strong problem solving and organization skills
• Can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
