Job description

Local environmental consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager/Civil/Environmental Engineer for various projects including but not limited to environmental remediation, fuel systems, paving, production wells, wastewater, and structural.

Responsibilities:

- Project management for all project phases, including pre-design, design, advertising, bidding, construction administration, and post-construction.

- Prepare and review design plans, construction schedule, cost estimates, specifications, and record drawings.

- Interact and work closely with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements:

- Minimum of five years project management experience with similar projects

- Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products

Education:

-Bachelor's degree in engineering from a U.S.-accredited four-year college or university

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

- State of Hawaii Professional Engineer license.

- Experience working with public transportation agencies/municipal government

- Experience with CERCLA, HRS, 128D, HAR 11-451, HAR 11280.1

- Experience conducting facility audits and/or inspections for the purposes of compliance with environmental rules and regulations

- AutoCAD and GIS experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
