Project Coordinator II
Locations: Burlingame CA; Los Angeles, CA,

Summary:
Meta is looking for a coordinator to aid in departmental operations coordination for XR Graphics. This role will be working directly with the team's director as well as all engineering managers to ensure smooth team operations and communications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate various schedules and milestones related to engineering team management. Includes yearly departmental deliverables including but not limited to internal and external communications management, OKR coordination, team events, and contract management.
• Aide engineering managers in teams' operations including documentation and maintaining accurate accounting of team resource allocations.
• Provide additional administrative support for team larger team events.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to structure communication and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of contacts from technical staff to senior management.
• Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/education.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $58.00 per hour
