Position Summary:

Candidate will be responsible for processing insurance claim checks with mortgage companies. This position will primarily be remote. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment, and ability to cope well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing claim package with all required documentation for mortgage companies

- Consistent follow up regarding the status of each claim check

- Track and document all status updates regarding claim funds with mortgage companies

-Coordinate with property owners and provide them with status updates regarding the process/ timeline

- Coordinate with sales staff, and office staff regarding project updates

- Strong writing and grammatical skills

- Self-motivated, ability to work with little supervision

Qualifications:

- Reliable transportation

- Bachelor’s degree or extensive coordination experience

- Driver's License

- Pass a criminal background check

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
