Job Description

We are looking for an Installation Coordinator responsible for on going projects. This position provides overall administrative support to the manager, employees and our customers. The ideal candidate is responsible, resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. They will need to be a self-starter, have initiative, computer savvy, and able to work both as a team and independently.

Main responsibilities will include creating and maintaining files, working with multiply cities and clients, assisting with scheduling, answering phones, tracking the accounts receivable and accounts payable, and holding field crews accountable and supporting the field crews by communicating with them throughout the day.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customers Outbound and Inbound communications via telephones, and Emails
  • Estimating and Proposals
  • Customer Interactions and Follow ups
  • Crew management and tracking
  • Data entry and filing of projects documents
  • Data entry and basic accounting tasks through QuickBooks intuit
  • Invoicing and collecting payments from customers
  • Distribute project documents (proposals, change orders, submittals and permits)
  • Communicate directly with subcontractors, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and field crews.
  • Obtaining permits and scheduling inspections
  • Administer project closeout
  • Manage and execute various office projects
  • Support management and field staff with various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Attention to detail & problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Computer Literate
  • Knowledge in QuickBooks is a PLUS!
  • Self-motivated, and a strong work ethic
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Positive Attitude / Team Player
  • Spanish Speaker (Required)
  • Experience with Service Fusion is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

$19-25/Hour Depending On Experience

Work Schedule:

Full Time Position

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
