Responsibilities:
In your job, you will have the ability to make a difference in a patient's journey by:
  • Perform a wide variety of professional level research, administrative, and analytical duties in support of assigned functions for Executive Directors, Regional Practice Director's and region.
  • Perform duties in support of various administrative operations and activities within assigned area of responsibility including special projects, research studies, budget analysis, and other specialized functions for region.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, and priorities for assigned functions.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive technical, administrative, and financial analytical and statistical reports that present and interpret data, identify alternatives, and present and/or justify conclusions, forecasts, and recommendations based on data summaries and other findings.
  • Assist Executive Director's and Regional Practice Director in the budget development and administration for assigned area of responsibility; maintenance of expenditures; prepare reports and analyses related to impact of budgetary decisions; track and monitor budget expenditures.
  • Participate in meetings and evaluation of proposed recommendations; assist in putting measurements in place and monitor compliance
  • Coordinate, prepare, and conduct marketing and outreach programs; prepare marketing material including brochures, posters, articles, advertisements, flyers, schedules of events, and pamphlets; attend and participate in community groups and meetings; educate the public on assigned programs.
  • Provide staff assistance to higher-level management staff; participate on and provide staff support to a variety of committees; prepare and present staff reports and other correspondence as appropriate and necessary.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with departments, divisions, and outside agencies; serve as a liaison to assist region with obtaining information and serves as a resource.
  • Respond to inquiries in a courteous manner; provide information within the area of assignment; resolve complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Perform related duties as required.
Qualifications:
This position allows for all levels of experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • College course work in business administration or relevant equivalent required.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel) required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration or relevant equivalent
  • Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Candidates who accept employment including current employees who are applying for internal positions, are required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to their start date.
