Under general supervision and with independent judgment, leverages data, technology and resources to provide tools designed to optimize profit and growth, and enhance decision making and/or operational efficiencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the success of the Content/Knowledge Management capabilities by enabling the consistency and effectiveness of the cross functional team of content authors, including:
    • Collaboratively design and maintain content templates
    • Implement a content development methodology to guide content authors
    • Assess value and prioritize content
    • Serve as primary contact for questions and decision-making pertaining to the content management program
    • Maintaining ‘one source of truth' for all content, including a consistent workflow for reviewing and approving content with shareholders, including leadership.
  • Oversees the entire information management lifecycle for all content, including:
    • Collaborate with content authors and internal customers to ensure content released is accurate and clear
    • Provide editorial review
    • Publish finalized content
    • Develop and maintain a retention schedule for content review/updates
    • Appropriate archival of irrelevant content
    • Remain current on business strategies to ensure content is prioritized based on business value and customer needs and is published in a timely manner.
  • Stay abreast of Content/Knowledge Management best practices and new trends.
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget, in collaboration with project staff from various functional areas/departments.
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and resources to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.




Required Skills


It is beneficial to have someone who has performed in this role before, has knowledge of PowerDMS and is working toward or has their PMP designation.


Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
