Job description

What you'll be doing:

  • Logistical and labor coordination of all installation jobs
  • Responsible for communicating with installation technicians on a daily basis
  • Procuring parts for project orders as required
  • Create and Maintain Purchase Orders
  • Review incoming contracts for upcoming orders
  • Submit required documents to customers upon request
  • Invoice Tracking and Processing
  • Make and Receive customer calls to discuss project status
  • Track project progress in ISEC
  • Ensure all project requirements are detailed in project folder.
  • Post project related documents to e-folders.
  • Handle and follow-up on all end-user customer requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work alongside to develop synergies in an efficient competent manner with the Install and Service Group to include: Operations Managers, Service Management, Install Coordinators, Service Dispatch and Office Administration
  • Perform work in a safe manner for prevention of accidents to themselves, co-workers, the public and property of all concerned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
