Project Accountant II

POWER Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Accounting Assistant for our Power Delivery Project Services Group. This position will be based out of our Boise, Idaho area office with the ability to work a hybrid schedule (office/WFH).

Roles and Responsibilities

Job duties include basic budgeting knowledge, data entry, project filing, and all aspects of document control such as transmitting deliverables, logging and tracking incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining, and archiving electronic files, attending meetings, taking minutes, and assisting the departments and project team as needed. The ideal candidate has basic accounting knowledge and can interact with key project team members.

Required Education/Experience

• A high school diploma required
• Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, and Outlook) Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP Strong organization and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail good writing skills
• The ideal candidate would be a self-starter and team player, able to work within the structure of established procedures and processes. Relevant experience includes accounting clerk, bookkeeper, office manager, and general clerical duties.

Desired Education/Experience

• An additional college education is a plus.
