Job description
Nationally recognized environmental remediation contractor looking for a Project Accountant to support our field office in Vallejo, California.The daily work will include:
Preparation of monthly billing invoice
Submission of weekly payroll
Tracking and coding of all invoices, field orders, and purchase orders
Preparation and maintenance of all weekly/monthly project cost and budget reports
Assisting of project supervision and corporate management as needed
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Administration required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Other job requirements include:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Must be highly organized with excellent written and communication skills
Experience in construction accounting a plus
SALARY/BENEFITS:
Hourly position; commensurate with qualifications. Extensive company-provided benefit package includes medical, dental, prescription, profit sharing, pension, and 401k plan.
