Job Title: Program Supervisor - Mental Health

Division/Program: Full Service Partnership TAY - Santa Clara

Starting Rate: $86,964 - $139,152 annually

Working Location: San Jose: North San Jose Center (In person position)

Working Hours/Shift: Day Shift - flexible hours

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

  • Master's degree in a social science field plus at least (4) years of experience in a behavioral health field.
  • One (1) year of direct supervisory experience preferred
  • Registered with the Board of Behavioral Science (BBS) as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC
  • Valid California Driver's License.

How you will make a difference (job overview):

The Program Supervisor has a primary responsibility for oversight of mental health and case management services to children and their families referred to a community services program. The Program Supervisor may have their own caseload in addition to overseeing their staff. Participates in various client team meetings on an as-needed basis, including Treatment Team Meetings, Family Therapy sessions, and Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings to support the team with addressing the client’s needs. Provides various forms of supervisory activity to each staff person assigned including but not limited to in-vivo supervision, role modeling, and co-facilitation, a minimum of one hour per week.

Division/Program Overview:

  • Supporting individual with mental health, family life, employment, education, living situation, personal effectiveness, and community life functioning.
  • Sessions are in the community, clinic, home and some telehealth
  • Working with individuals ages 6-15 (Child) and 16-25 (TAY)
  • Utilizing a strength-based approach and working together as a multidisciplinary team
  • We provide services to individuals and families throughout Santa Clara County.
