You will be responsible for:
  • Advising on standard processes and solutions to advance Bose talent strategies in talent planning, succession planning, capability building and career mobility.
  • Partnering with HRBP’s and leaders on our talent review processes to focus on both the identification and targeted development for key talent.
  • Driving proposals from conception to approval to implementation.
  • Conducting organizational assessments, gap analysis and make recommendations that drive organizational efficiency.
  • Project management and applying change management principles to all projects and initiatives.

  • Comfortable engaging and establishing working relationships with senior and middle management.

  • Effective in a hybrid work environment, combining virtual work with in-person meetings with global colleagues.

Your Experience and Qualifications:
  • BS/BA required; Graduate work preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in talent management and/or organization development. Experience as an HR Business Partner is a plus.
  • Practical, hands-on experience with developing and rolling-out talent planning tools, performance management, organization development.
  • Proven strategic thinking and an ability to translate strategy into practical actions.
  • Strong interest and some experience in program management and change management methodologies.
